Stapling, punching, and printing in color

The MFPs will default to mono and double sided jobs. To change this for a print job, it only takes a few steps. The following example is from Microsoft Word, but it works nearly the same way in all applications. If you're not seeing the same options, you may need to select "more settings" and then "print with system dialogue."

  1. After selecting print, choose printer properties:

  2. From My Tab, you can change your color preference, as well as change to single sided if needed:
